The goal of Mental Mark planners is to help you consider your mental health on a daily basis. Track your daily todos, schedule appointments and more while reflecting, planning self care and tracking your mental and physical health. We believe that your mental health is more important than what you accomplish in a day. Being productive is hard when you're struggling, so we want you to be kind to yourself and recognize that taking care of yourself IS an accomplishment!
